"Overall experience: My wife's maternity delivery experience was very good. The delivery was normal, and the overall treatment throughout all 9 months was excellent. We are truly satisfied with the medical care provided. However, concern regarding reception staff: The only issue we faced was with the behavior of the reception staff. Their behavior was very unprofessional, and they were not polite with the patients. I personally experienced this, and I also observed similar behaviour with other patients. I request the management to kindly look into this matter so that the overall patient experience can be improved further."

"Visited Shri Krishna life line hospital for my wife's delivery on 25 sep .Dr Richa tyagi mam managed normal delivery .She is really a woman with golden heart .Her energy level to lookafter her patient since morning till midnight is unmatchable. She try to manage normal delivery to all expectant mother upto last resort which u will not see in any private hospital. Very reasonable prices being in NCR region. Excellent staff ,nice behavior even patient having 10 companion. Dr Ramvir singh tyagi ,the owner is very generous person. whole family is a gem in medical ground. I pray to almighty for Richa mam, their family a good health."
